Cancellation & Refund Policy

MAIR FINSERV PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in its client engagements. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be considered.

1. Engagement Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to the official communication channel of the Company.

  • Cancellation will be considered only if the request is received before initiation of substantive work, documentation filing, regulatory submission, or third-party coordination.

  • Once the engagement has commenced — including but not limited to advisory consultation, documentation drafting, regulatory filings, liaison with authorities, banks, or third-party institutions — cancellation requests may not be entertained.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Government fees, statutory charges, and regulatory filing fees

  • Payments made to third-party consultants, legal counsel, or financial institutions

  • Services where documentation, structuring, or advisory work has already commenced

  • Transaction advisory mandates once due diligence or investor outreach has begun

 

3. Quality Concerns & Service Disputes

In case a client believes that the service delivered does not align with the agreed scope of work:

  • The concern must be communicated in writing within 2 (two) working days of service delivery milestone.

  • The Company will review the matter internally.

  • If a deficiency is established, appropriate corrective measures will be undertaken at the Company’s discretion.

 

4. Third-Party or Manufacturer Warranty Matters

For services or products (if any) involving third-party vendors or software providers, warranty or defect-related claims must be addressed directly with the respective provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Refund Processing (If Approved)

  • Any refund approved at the sole discretion of MAIR FINSERV PRIVATE LIMITED will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

  • Administrative charges or work already completed may be deducted before refund processing.

 

6. Discretion & Final Authority

All decisions regarding cancellations, refunds, or service disputes remain subject to the final review and approval of MAIR FINSERV PRIVATE LIMITED.
